The Fermor-Hesketh family’s objective
With over 500 years of being a custodian of and managing land in the local area, the Fermor-Hesketh family’s objective is to continuously invest in land with the future in mind with a commitment to doing things the right way.
Freddie Hesketh is the Managing Director of Fermor Holdings who are exploring the proposals and is guiding the project’s early development. Reflecting on the emerging Towcester Parklands vision, Freddie has commented:
“I have been managing the Hesketh Estate since 2018 and overseen significant investment in our land and properties as well as continued support for local charities and churches. Having been born and raised in Towcester I’m excited to be involved in the Towcester Parklands project. It is a unique proposal that will provide a lasting legacy of quality housing, sustainability and public benefits to be enjoyed for generations to come.”
For the Community
Towcester Parklands is a vision for a thriving, sustainable community featuring important social facilities such as secondary and primary schools and a medical centre. It will also serve as an inviting place to enjoy the racecourse’s historic environment, to stop for a coffee or spend time connecting with friends and family outdoors.
